2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our website lawfully and ethically.
• You will not attempt to breach, hack, or misuse our systems, code, or data.
• You will provide accurate project-related information required for smooth execution.
• You agree not to copy or distribute any STS website content without written permission.

3. Service Agreement

Once a project starts, STS commits to providing services based on the mutually agreed scope, timeline, and budget. Any additional requirements requested later will be treated as new tasks and may involve separate charges.

• Project deliverables are defined before starting.
• Delays caused by the client (content, feedback, access issues) may extend delivery timelines.
• Revisions are limited to what is mentioned in the initial agreement.

4. Payments & Billing

To maintain fairness and transparency, STS follows a simple payment structure:

• 50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
• Remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery or deployment.
• Maintenance, updates, extra features, or additional modules are billed separately.
• Payments once made for active projects are non-refundable (See Refund Policy).

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, content, and project-related assets created by STS remain the property of STS until full payment is completed.
• After final payment, project files are handed over to the client unless otherwise specified.
• The client is responsible for licensing images, fonts, or media they provide.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and strictly protect your project data, business information, login credentials, and internal documents. No information is shared with any third-party without your consent, except for legal requirements.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

Many digital services rely on external platforms (hosting, domains, APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, etc.). STS is not responsible for issues occurring due to:

• server downtime
• third-party errors
• API failures
• external security breaches

8. Liability Limitations

STS is not liable for any financial, technical, or business loss caused directly or indirectly because of website downtime, data losses, cyber attacks, user handling errors, or third-party failures.

9. Termination of Services

• STS may terminate services if the client violates terms or engages in abusive behaviour.
• Clients can terminate services anytime by clearing outstanding dues.
• Advance payments are non-refundable upon termination.

10. Updates to Terms

STS may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated version will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under Indian Law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Noida, India, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
