At sparksTech Solution (STS), we focus on creating high-quality, custom digital products. Our team invests significant time in planning, research, design, consultation, development, deployment strategies, security preparation and resource allocation from the moment a project begins.
Therefore, **all payments made to STS are considered final, non-refundable, and non-reversible**. This applies to all services irrespective of the project stage, reason for cancellation, or delay from the client's side.
All our services are tailor-made according to the client’s business needs. Once the process starts, multiple non-recoverable costs are incurred, such as:
These processes are time-consuming and cannot be undone, hence **refunds cannot be granted**.
The following services are strictly non-refundable once payment is made:
If the client decides to stop, pause or discontinue the project at any stage, **all payments paid up to that point remain non-refundable**. The client may request continuation later (if resources are available) but STS is not obligated to resume paused projects without additional costs.
Any modifications, feature upgrades, new sections, extra pages, redesigning, scope increase or additional functionality will be billed separately. A request for additional work does not qualify for refund in any scenario.
Project timelines depend upon client feedback, required approvals, content delivery, and response speed. Delay caused due to client response time or change of requirements **cannot be considered a reason for refund**.
Payments related to third-party products or services are also non-refundable, including:

Once design drafts, website versions, code modules, or any portion of the work has been delivered to the client, **no refund will be provided**, regardless of satisfaction level or usage.
STS ensures high quality standards, clean coding practices, and proper testing before final delivery. We offer revisions as per the agreed scope, but preferences or opinion-based dissatisfaction **cannot be a ground for refunds**.
In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, or internet/server failure), no refund will be issued. However, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
